Orders and Shipping
Please be aware that orders may be subject to local customs fees or duties. Every country has different procedures and fees for incoming packages. Unfortunately Neoprener does not have information on customs or duties, and we are not able to estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing your purchase. Neoprener is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will Neoprener issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.
Generally, orders shipped to USA don’t need to pay import tax if the bill value is under USD700. But for orders to Europe, there is tax even the order is under USD50.
We ship products to USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, etc.
We will ship the goods within 24-72 hours, If you have a special request, please contact us.
Estimated Shipment Time:
About 5-7 Working Days To USA, Canada, UK, and Most European Countries. These delivery estimates are provided by DHL/DEDEX/UPS, but there will be a little delay caused by holidays. Please note that international orders are not counted as lost until 25 days for DHL/DEDEX/UPS.
We can dispatch orders on the working time of working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday but don’t include the days of national holidays. please notice this when you place an order.
You may pay by credit card or Paypal. Please contact us if you want to pay by company account.
A confirmation email will be sent out once your place the order, and we will mail you the tracking NO after shipment. then you may track the shipment on the site of DHL, Fedex, or UPS.

Considering the international postage is very expensive, please check your address carefully when you place the order.
We reserve the right to charge postage for the redelivery. We can’t ship goods to PO Boxes. Please make sure you don’t use this as a shipping address.
Returns and Warranty
Please choose your neoprene bags carefully as all sales are final and we do not exchange or refund for change of mind. All product dimensions and details are listed on each product’s page to provide as much information about the product as possible prior to purchasing.
FAULTY ITEMS / WARRANTY:
If your item has arrived faulty, please mail email@example.com with the image of defective soon. We will complete the relevant documentation and organize an exchange.
Our warranty period for faulty items is 3 months.
Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a product or manufacturing fault.
If you receive the wrong item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, we will solve it for you according to the real situation.

If the package may be squeezed in the process of transportation. Your Bag may arrive slightly out of shape. To remedy, simply hang it up overnight on a handle or coat hanger, or, speed up the process with a bit of steam (it will really bring your bag back to life.) However, please do not iron.
Neoprene is a soft and flexible material and the shape can be manipulated as you like. Please remember your bag has been flat-packed in its package for some time and the shape will soften up. You can also wash the bag and hang or lay it out to dry to play around with the shape.
You may change or cancel an order before we mail you the tracking number of the shipment.
If an item is labelled as “pre-order”, it means it is currently out of stock and will be shipped once it has been restocked. The estimated restock/shipping date will be listed in the product description. Please note all pre-order dates are approximate. If you require an item by a specific date, we recommend emailing us prior to purchasing and we will be able to assist with further information. Items that are placed with pre-order items will be sent together once the pre-order arrives.
